With over 10 years’ senior level experience working at multi Rosette and Michelin star establishments in the UK and Australia, Marc is delighted to be taking the helm of the Galvin at Windows kitchen: “This is a really exciting move for me, joining Chris and his team at such a pivotal moment in our industry. I am all about championing quality sustainable seasonal produce.
