Expect to feast on dishes including Portland crab with heirloom tomatoes and fresh almonds, Anjou pigeon farci à gratin with celeriac, damson and black olive, and Apple Tarte Tatin with Calvados and Tahitian vanilla ice cream – alongside a carefully curated wine list to match.
