Burgundy is the gastronomic heart of France and one of the most fascinating food regions on earth. This culinary playground has a rich history which springs from its dense and fecund forests, rolling pastureland and amber waves of grain. Think of an iconic French foodstuff and chances are it has a connection to Burgundy – Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, ‘Oeufs en Meurette’ and the mustard of Dijon are just the beginning. Drawing on all of these influences, head chef Joo Won and his team have created a 3-course lunch menu for £37 to take you on an unforgettable tour of the flavours of Burgundy this January.
