We will be open on Christmas Day serving a menu which combines the best of tradition, seasonality and of course head chef Joo Won and his team’s ingenuity.
A festive offering of Galvin cured smoked salmon, ballotine of foie gras, slow-cooked rib-eye of Scotch beef, traditional roasted turkey and many more, all topped off with the option of sommelier-selected wine pairings. The menu also includes a glass of champagne with canapes on arrival and tea, coffee and mince pies to round it up. Merry Christmas!
