To celebrate the birth of the Bard of Scotland, Mr Rabbie Burns, at the very least you need to gather likeminded individuals of taste in literature, traditional Scottish delicacies, and of course some extremely fine drinkables. We have never done the very least, so Burns Night at Galvin at Windows will be an exquisite 3-course take on Scottish flavours created by head chef Joo and the team, paired with three perfect wines and a bespoke whisky cocktail.
