In the restaurant, head chef Joo Won has created a spectacular new Korean Fusion menu, building on the critical and popular acclaim heaped on his previous menu in August 2015. Expect specialities and influences drawn from Joo’s native land blended deftly with classical French and modern European dishes to give an experience like no other. In the bar, an exhibition of photography curated by the Korean Tourism Organisation will be on display, giving an insight into “Hallyu” – the new wave of Korean culture – and while enjoying this you can sip on a specially-created Korean-inspired cocktail created to enhance the experience.
