Since the days of Catherine de' Medici, Lyon has been a centre of high gastronomy.

This May we take its aristocratic cuisine to new heights, encompassing the incomparable produce of Bresse and Charolais, game from the Dombes, lake fish from Savoy, spring fruits and vegetables from Drôme and Ardèche, and wines from Beaujolais and the Rhone Valley.

It promises to be a truly noble month and we’re offering our Menu du Jour with traditional Lyonnaise cuisine
