Chris Galvin and his team was one of the exclusive restaurants invited to attend Taste of London in Regents Park 21-24 June 2007. The weather was unfortunately rather average, however that did not stop the many hundred visitors in sampling Chris’ favourites, including a Ballotine of foie gras and a Marais de bois & basil cheesecake.
