Indulge in pure luxury with an exquisite three-course lunch at Galvin at Windows specially created by Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Joo Won.

 


Starters

Kimchi risotto, slow cooked egg, sesame oil & cheddar

Galvin smoked salmon, beetroot, horseradish & dill

Tomato salad, confit ginger, watermelon, ricotta & sesame dressing

Asian flavour beef tartare, pear, pickled shallots & pine nuts

Seared foie gras, black pudding, apple compote & endives

 

Main Courses

Parmesan gnocchi, girolles, artichoke purée, young broccoli leaf & lemon grass

Pan-fried sea bream, roasted king prawn, hispi & watercress velouté

Pan-fried red mullet, shellfish raviolo, aioli & spinach

Roasted leg of lamb, turnips, broccoli leaves & roasting jus

Oven roasted breast of chicken, mushrooms & red wine jus

Sunday roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, hispi cabbage
& peppercorn sauce (£6 supplement)
