Indulge in pure luxury with an exquisite three-course lunch at Galvin at Windows specially created by Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Joo Won.

Chestnut velouté, truffle cream & parmesan tuille

Salad of winter vegetables, curried cauliflower, romesco & sesame

Galvin smoked salmon, beetroot, horseradish & dill

Seared foie gras, Cumberland sausage, brioche & tomato chutney

Scotch beef steak tartare, pickles & mustard mayonnaise

Pan-fried fillet of pollock, seafood blanquette & parsley
