Kimchi risotto, Burford brown egg, sesame & spring onion

Isle of Wight heritage tomato gazpacho, buffalo mozzarella, olive & pain d'épice

Asian beef steak tartare, wasabi mayonnaise & pickled vegetables

Seared foie gras, Cumberland sausage, brioche & tomato chutney

Roasted fillet of cod, Lyonnaise onion, leek velouté & brandade

Tart fine Provençale, goat's curd roasted vegetables & tomato sauce

Roasted breast of corn fed chicken, coco beans, girolle & ragoût of pancetta
