The Galvin Cup committee would like to take this opportunity to thank all the competitors for taking part and wish them good luck in their chosen career. The standard this year was much higher than last year which is a testament of the hard work and dedication of each competitors as well as all teachers and bar professionals associated with them.

We would also like to thank all of those who have contributed to the Galvin Cup success behind the scenes, the judges, our partners (Caterer, Springboard, Maxxium, Academy Culinaire, UKBG, The Grosvenor House), Robbie Bargh, Silvano Giraldin, Luca Cordilglieri and Graeme Le Saux.
