a Nacari sturgeon. This farmed sturgeon gives small grain with
fine, slightly iodized taste.

| The Imperial Baeri Caviar is farmed in France and Italy.
The size of the grain is between the Sevruga and the Oscietra and it
has a grey to golden brown color as well as a fine, slightly iodized taste.
