Royal Baccari
The Baccari is a Sturgeon hybrid between a Baeri sturgeon and a Nacari sturgeon. This farmed sturgeon gives small grain with fine, slightly iodized taste. £75.00

Imperial Baeri
The Imperial Baeri Caviar is farmed in France and Italy. The size of the grain is between the Sevruga and the Oscietra and it has a grey to golden brown color as well as a fine, slightly iodized taste. £85.00

Oscietre Tradition
This top quality caviar features large grains which melt on the tongue unfolding their unmistakable flavour with a mild nutty taste Great texture, with color that ranges from dark grey to a shade amber. £150.00
